Heute war es anwendungstechnische eher ruhig, ich war bei der Elektrotherapie, bei der Krankengymnastik und bei der Unterwassergymnastik.
Dann war ich noch im Fitnessstudio, auf dem Posturomed und auf dem Ergometer. Heute gingen leider nur 30 Minuten, mein Knie hat weh getan (die Entzündung ist einfach noch nicht weg).
Mein Mann ist auch schon da, morgen gehts für uns beide nach Heidelberg *freu*. Deswegen wird es morgen keinen Post von mir geben, erst wieder Sonntag abend oder dann Montag morgen.
